Preparing young children for success in school, the United Way Success by 6 Resource Center provides families a fun, learning environment. Books and toys for children birth through high school are available at this site. Professional books are available for parents, teachers and early childhood professionals. Our goal is to provide educational, child friendly toys, books and resources to all families in the Hickman Mills community.
Community partners and the United Way make the Resource Center free for all patrons and employees of the Hickman Mills School District. All materials can be checked out for two weeks and families can check out 2 items each time they visit.
The Resource Center is located at the Baptiste Education Center 5401 E 103rd Street. Hours of Operation are Tuesdays from 9:00a.m.-noon and 3:00pm-7:30pm. Thursdays it is open from 1:00pm-6:00pm.
